Installation notes
- For commercial installation only; not intended for household use.
- 3/4" NPT rear gas connections; supply gas pressure must not exceed 14" W.C. (1/2 PSI)
- Natural gas: operating pressure 5.0" W.C., recommended supply 7–9" W.C.
- Propane: operating pressure 10.0" W.C., recommended supply 11–12" W.C.
- Two gas inlet connections on W4, W5 and W6 series models
- Install the gas pressure regulator supplied with the unit
- Water inlet and drain outlet: 1/2" NPT female
- An adequate ventilation system is required
- 6" clearance at both sides and rear adjacent to combustible construction

- Natural gas or liquid propane
- 13" or 16" wok tops; 1-6 burners with the combinations shown in the model table
